Spirit of the Transaction

Our goal is always to meet or exceed customer expectations. Achieving your continuing loyalty is our number one priority. You have our commitment of diligent attention to detail to deliver the highest level of quality product and customer service. If you ever feel that our professionalism is deficient, we want to know and will strive to improve your confidence. Legal terms and conditions can get intimidating. Therefore we have tried to keep terms of the sale as simple as possible, with the intent of establishing a spirit of goodwill and understanding that underscores the importance of creating long term relationships based upon honesty and ethics.

Turnaround Times

Average turnaround times are 2-3 full work days excluding weekends or holidays. Some projects may require additional production time. Times do not include the day the job is received. If a proof is required, the schedule begins after the proof is approved.

Rush and Overtime Charges

One day rush (24 hours) can be requested. If accommodated, a 25% premium applies. Client requested evening and weekend overtime premium is 50% extra. Holiday time requires 100% additional above standard prices.

Project Delivery

Projects over $300 can be delivered in the Albuquerque area at no charge. Other projects may be picked-up at our office, otherwise projects will be shipped via a method preferred by the customer. Cost of shipping and express delivery will be added to the project. We do not ship to countries outside the USA.

Payment Terms

Unless prior open credit terms are approved, payment is required in advance via major credit card, money order or cashier's check. Company or personal checks are only accepted for orders personally made at our office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Pricing

Pricing schedules presented in this website only include the printing of the project within the specifications and inclusions listed for each product. Design, correction of submitted files and other support services are additional as specified in other areas of the website or via by written estimate. All print prices either assume separate design charges or electronic files submitted by the customer in a "print-ready" format. Labor charges to correct deficient art files is additional at prevailing rates. See Technical Information. Any applicable sales and/or usage taxes and fees are always additional as is shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be canceled at any time prior to the actual printing stage. Any accrued fees will apply. Once the the project is on press, the project cannot be canceled.

Proof Approvals

A complimentary scaled proof is included for all printing projects. It is the exclusive responsibility of the client to thoroughly check the proof for any errors and/or changes. Subia will correct any errors caused by it at no charge. Charges to correct client errors or to make client-directed changes will be applied at prevailing rates.

Copyright and Customer Representation

We strongly try and protect copyright ownership. The customer warrants it either owns the copyright or has the assigned rights to duplicate images or content that it submits for printing. In some cases, Subia staff may question a copyright ownership issue, but any questions are always intended to protect the customer and the copyright holder. If the client submits material that violates copyright law, the customer agrees to hold Subia owners, officers, employees and agents harmless against all claims, causes of action or demands arising from or in connection with potential issues of copyright ownership violation.

Additional Criteria

The customer must also agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Website Usage. We reserve the right to modify and change any terms without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically read the terms for any changes.
